Jewish resistance to the Holocaust

Peer review

(November 2021)

The manuscript for my new book on Jewish resistance to the Holocaust has passed the peer review test.

For this test the publisher asked two impartial academic specialists to judge whether the manuscript merits to be published based on matters such as style, contents, organisation, consistency and quality of scholarship.

Both reviewers judged favourably.

One reviewer added: “I very much enjoyed reading this manuscript. Some portions communicate real danger and suspense, and while that is not the primary objective of a scholarly study it does help the reader understand the key issues facing rescue and resistance participants.”

The book – Individuals and Small Groups in Jewish Resistance to the Holocaust: A Case Study of a Young Couple and their Friends – is published by Anthem Press.
